This Cookie Policy explains how Long Island Custom Printing (“LICP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on longislandcustomprinting.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide aggregate information about how visitors use a site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags, which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Site to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as login, checkout, and cart persistence.

2.2 Analytics cookies (optional)

These cookies help us understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and how the Site performs. The data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

2.3 Marketing cookies

We do not use retargeting or cross-site advertising cookies in v1. If we add advertising or retargeting in a future release, we will update this Policy and provide an additional opt-in.

• Local storage is used to remember UI state such as your cart contents preview, recent search terms, and theme preference. Local storage is cleared when you clear browser data.
• The Square Web Payments SDK may set cookies on its own domain (squarecdn.com) to facilitate secure card capture. See Square’s privacy notice for details.
• Sentry sets a session-level identifier to deduplicate error reports. No personal information is collected by Sentry beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies described above are set by third-party services we use to operate the Site, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, web analytics), Google Analytics (aggregate usage), Square (payments), and Sentry (error monitoring). These third parties have their own privacy policies that govern their use of cookies. We do not control those policies.

5. How to manage and opt out

5.1 Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal which we respect for analytics cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent core Site functions, including login and checkout, from working.

5.2 Opt out of analytics

Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” link in the footer of every page to disable Google Analytics on the current device. Your choice is stored in the licp_optout cookie described above and persists for 1 year or until you clear your cookies.

You may also install Google’s official Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on to opt out across all Google Analytics sites.

5.3 Email tracking

Our marketing and lifecycle emails (sent via SendGrid) include open and click tracking. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, ship notices) cannot be opted out of while you have active orders, but their content does not include marketing pixels.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
