If any of these apply, one of the three design tiers below covers the work. We accept print-ready files and we prepare files that are not. Most business owners are not designers. That is not a problem. It is what the design service is for.

This is not a redesign. We prepare your existing file for printing. If your design needs to be rebuilt or created from scratch, Tier 2 or Tier 3 is the right choice.

Can I add design services after I place my order?
Yes. If you placed an order and realize you need file help, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us. We can add File Prep or Custom Layout to a pending order before it enters production.
What do I need to provide for the $197 Custom Layout tier?
Provide your logo file, your brand colors (hex codes or Pantone numbers if you have them), the text content for the piece, and any photos or images you want to include. We build the layout from those assets. The more you send, the faster the first draft comes back.
What if I need more revisions than the tier includes?
File Prep includes one round of adjustments. Custom Layout includes two rounds. If your project needs additional rounds beyond that, we handle it at $45 per revision round. We tell you the cost before we proceed.
Will design services delay my order?
Yes. Each tier adds business days to our standard 7-business-day base. File Prep adds 2 days, Custom Layout adds 3 days, Brand Launch Kit adds 5 days. The exact ship date based on the tier you select is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I order a design service without ordering print at the same time?
Design services are offered as add-ons to a print order. If you need a logo or brand identity developed independently of a print order, contact us directly to discuss. The Brand Launch Kit is the most flexible for that scenario.
